Darren Barker has told the story of Anthony Joshua recently confronting him after he predicted Tyson Fury would win when they fight.
The former IBF middleweight champion picked the ‘Gypsy King’ when asked for his thoughts by Sky.

However, he was unaware they were going to show a collection of pundits’ predictions to AJ during his next interview on Sky Sports News, and it appears he remembers who picked against him.
Barker told iFL TV: “Sky asked me, they’re doing a poll, ‘Who do I think would win out of Joshua and Fury?’
“And I said, ‘Currently now I’d have to go with Fury.’
“It’s a sport at the end of the day, don’t get wound up about opinions, it’s only sport, it’s not life.

“I’ve known Anthony for a long time. I’m driving to pick my sister up over in west London somewhere.
“So I’m pulled up at the traffic lights and behind me I can see AJ in the rear-view mirror.
“I put my hand out to wave, I got his attention and he put his window down and he goes, ‘Hey, Barker! You picked Fury man, you picked Fury.’
“I went, ‘Ah, look, you know, it is what it is, only sport, blah blah blah. I look forward to you proving me wrong.’
Joshua and Fury came face-to-face last month
“And he went, ‘Barker, trust me man, I’m gonna f*** him up, I’m gonna f*** him up.’
“Then he drove off [and shouted], ‘I’M GONNA F*** HIM UP!’
“It’s sport at the end of the day. I’ve gotta admit, my a***hole did go a little bit.’”
