Chelsea are on the verge of signing Ben Chilwell from Leicester City, according to reports.
The Blues have reportedly agreed a £50m fee for the England left-back.
Sky Sports says negotiations were ‘almost done’ on Tuesday, and the move could be announced publicly on Wednesday.
Chilwell has been convinced to join Chelsea after they pipped the Foxes to fourth-place, qualifying them for the Champions League next season.
It was originally thought that Leicester would demand at least £80m for the 23-year-old, who is under contract until 2024, but they have lowered their demands.
Frank Lampard is also close to securing the signings of Kai Havertz from Bayer Leverkusen and former PSG captain Thiago Silva.
Reports in France have also claimed young centre-back Malang Sarr has agreed a four-year contract to join the west London club.
