Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has reportedly been offered the chance to sign Thiago Silva from PSG.
The Brazil defender will be available for a free transfer after Sunday’s Champions League final against Bayern Munich.
Tottenham, Everton and AC Milan have all been linked with the 35-year-old.
Silva ‘dreams’ of playing in England, and according to the Telegraph, he has been offered to Chelsea.
Lampard is looking to bolster his defence this summer after they shipped in 54 goals in the Premier League last season.
Signing an experienced free agent like Silva could help the Blues’ budget, having already spent money on attackers Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner.
The west London club are also reportedly close to signing Bayer Leverkusen playmaker Kai Havertz.
