Juventus have offered two players plus cash for Chelsea duo Marcos Alonso and Jorginho.
Old Lady boss Maurizio Sarri is keen for both of his former Blues to move to Turin.
But with the financial impact of the coronavirus, Juve are looking at alternatives to making a deal.
According to Calciomercato, the Serie A giants will part with Federico Bernardeschi and Adrien Rabiot as well as cash to sign the duo.
The Bianconeri value Bernadeschi at €35m and Rabiot at €25m, and they will throw in an extra €20m to sweeten the deal.
It is unclear whether Chelsea would accept the proposal.
The West London club have already been active this summer after agreeing a deal to sign RB Leipzig forward Timo Werner.
