Tyson Fury has finally recruited his father John Fury to social media.
The WBC heavyweight world champion’s 55-year-old dad has been by his side for most of his career, bursting into the public consciousness following the win over Wladimir Klitschko back in 2015.
John Fury is not afraid to stand up for his family
At the celebratory press conference when the new king arrived back home in Bolton, John stood up and flew into a famous rant at the assembled media.
He concluded by demanding they all bow to his son, who he branded the ‘eighth wonder of the world’.
Since then, John’s cult following has continued to grow and he featured heavily in the ITV documentary on the family earlier this year.
The proud father was seen bellowing at a TV screen as he celebrated watching his son dethrone Deontay Wilder in stunning fashion to become two-time heavyweight champion of the world.
John enjoyed Tyson’s win over Wilder
John has never previously delved into the world of social media.
However, it seems Tyson’s now roped him in to creating an Instagram page, which came to life on Monday.
The account is already giving a great insight into Fury life as father and son spent the day together.
