Unbeaten prospect leaves opponent stunned with cold-blooded one-punch KO

Elvis Rodriguez made a statement on Tuesday night with a knockout his opponent won’t forget in a hurry.

Dennis Okoth was left flattened with stunned look on his face as one single left hand ended their fight in round two.

Coming into the bout, 24-year-old Rodriguez had a record of 7 wins (7 KOs) and one draw.

He retained his unbeaten status in style to move to 8-0-1 (8 KOs).

Elvis then celebrated by emulating his iconic namesake with an air guitar performance.

It appears Rodriguez will have a quick turnaround as he is slated to fight again on the undercard of Jose Ramirez vs Viktor Postol, August 29.

Also on the show, Edgar Berlanga continued his stunning streak of 14 wins, all by first-round knockout.

Berlanga got to 9-0 (9 KOs) before being picked up by a major promoter.

He is now with Bob Arum’s Top Rank and has had his last five fights on the big stage.
